-Try to include much detail into your application. Especially in experiences. Best to have some samples especially for GFX, Video Advertiser and Coders/Developers
-Be creative you may use the template as a guideline
-You may use colour
-Be organized! Messy applications look unfit or you just didn't have that extra minute or two to make it look nice
-No good lucks, I hope you get the spot etc. Only Questions. If questions seem irrelevant your post will be deleted.
-When asking questions don't try to make them look bad because you just look 10x worse. So try not to look rude it lowers your chances.
-Don't suck up the the staff to try and make your application look better.
